Roma

A to-do list for Mac and iPhone that turns rambled thoughts into tasks and has an operator start the work, with connections to Claude, ChatGPT and Gmail.

Roma is a to-do list app for Mac and iPhone that captures tasks and starts working on them for the user. People ramble a thought and Roma turns it into a task with a clear title and the details kept, then its Operator begins the work so it is ready for review later. The Operator can find, change and create items in Roma and in connected apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Linear, Dropbox and Google Drive. Roma also acts as a shared list for AI agents, with integrations for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and Gemini CLI. Recurring work can be set up with a single message, and a beta lets the Operator use its own computer.
