Calesto: Waitlist, invite only. Get it at calesto.app.

Calesto is a native to-do list and calendar app for macOS, iPadOS and iOS, aimed at founders, designers, developers and others who field requests from many directions. It connects to Gmail, Slack and your calendar and turns incoming asks into to-dos automatically. Tasks can be delegated to agents that draft Gmail replies, fix files in a repo or book calendar slots, then return the finished work for review; approving it checks the to-do off. The app also offers lists and sublists, focus mode, time tracking, location reminders and iCloud sync via CloudKit. AI scheduling is coming soon, and a waitlist is open.
