Bops is a Mac app that gives small businesses a team of AI bots to run business operations such as inbox triage, sales pipeline, invoicing and reporting. Each bot gets its own cloud computer with four screens that users can watch or take over, plus its own email address and phone number for texting, iMessage or live calls. Bots keep a persistent memory of the user, team and deals across every channel, and can chase overdue invoices, update CRM deals, reconcile Stripe payouts and send weekly ops reports. A Free plan includes 10 computer hours a month, with Pro at $20/month and Max at $200/month; the project is open source.
